Personalized Coaching
Design a program based on your own needs and goals. RPMCoaching will help you design a periodization plan for the entire year with your main race goals in mind. Throughout the season you will work with Kellie on updating your schedule to ensure that you are working at the appropriate levels. Keeping variety in your training will help keep motivation while continuing to improve your conditioning. Each program is based on individual thresholds, not max heart rate. This is done through field testing each athlete. Pre and post race discussion will help you to understand how to improve throughout the season, and help to develop mini goals within the season.
Structured Training
Putting structure into your program will allow you to balance work, play and family. Hiring a professional coach will maximize the benefits received from the training that you do, and in return make each workout more fun. RPMCoaching is not just about writing schedules, it’s about evaluation of fitness levels, and communication between coach and athlete. Once the annual training plan is developed it can be broken down into sections that will allow you to understand how to develop your conditioning for specific types of racing. Putting structure in your program will take the guesswork out of your training, and help build effective progression.
